I have been a doctor for twenty years and have extensive training in all areas of health and wellbeing. As well as having over a decade of general practice experience, I have also completed postgraduate qualifications in internal medicine, medical education, medical law, sport & exercise medicine and focussed psychological strategies.
I am absolutely passionate about all aspect of lifestyle medicine including exercise prescriptions, nutrition, weight loss and wellbeing. I am keen to optimise your health so that you can be at your best.
